Most in-stock items are delivered within 7-10 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 4-8 weeks depending on the artisan's schedule.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer premium white-glove service for large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor?
You can return unused home decor and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Please note that large furniture items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your status through the 'My Orders' section of your Baya account.
